Signature Homes is pleased to announce breaking ground on a ADU located just down the street from Switchback stadium. This ADU is designed to function as a green house with low E windows, slab and foundation will be Holsum eco pact concrete. Building materials will be low environmental impact and every effort will be made to follow Leed Green. An upper-level deck facing west towards Pikes Peak, what a beautiful site that will be in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee.
