Construction of Signature Homes newest spec house is underway with weekly updates on the trajectory of this project and how it is improving every day.
Project Overview: This week was all about excavating, we have been working hard with our partners to help put together a strong basis to help show a general outline of all at which this spec home will entail. As seen in the photo above we have been focusing on digging out everything our partners will need to begin the start of our foundation process.
What’s to come: After excavating everything necessary the next step in construction will be working towards establishing a foundation to then build upon. The excavating process will take up about one more week before beginning foundation. Stay tuned for weekly updates on our website here on the continued construction of this newest spec home.
